Stenabolic (SR9009) is a small-molecule REV-ERBα/β agonist — not a peptide, despite being sold alongside them. It's reported to increase mitochondrial number/function independent of exercise, and separate cell-based cancer research has found antitumor effects across several cancer types via a REV-ERB-independent pathway. All of this is preclinical (cell/animal) — no human trial exists.
