AC-262 (AC-262536) is an investigational selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) studied in early preclinical research for muscle and bone tissue selectivity versus testosterone. Public data on it is far sparser than better-studied SARMs like ligandrol or ostarine, and no human clinical trial data has been published.

AC-262536 is a nonsteroidal SARM. 2-week study, castrated male rats: identified as a potent, selective androgen-receptor ligand with partial agonist activity vs. testosterone — significantly stimulated levator ani muscle growth and suppressed elevated LH, while showing only weak effects on prostate/seminal vesicle weight (the tissue-selectivity SARMs are designed for). No. It has no FDA approval and, unlike some other SARMs, no published human trial data at all — it remains an early-stage research compound.
