AC-262536 is a nonsteroidal SARM. 2-week study, castrated male rats: identified as a potent, selective androgen-receptor ligand with partial agonist activity vs. testosterone — significantly stimulated levator ani muscle growth and suppressed elevated LH, while showing only weak effects on prostate/seminal vesicle weight (the tissue-selectivity SARMs are designed for).
