Irradiated/sham-irradiated female mice: ACP-105 improved sensorimotor function and enhanced fear-conditioning performance in both irradiated and non-irradiated animals — a cognitive/neurological finding, not the muscle-building claim typically associated with SARMs. PMID 21219889 Separate toxicology/ADME modeling work (in silico, not human trial data) has been published specifically because of its use in sports doping cases, not because of therapeutic development.
