LGD-3303 is an orally available nonsteroidal SARM. Rat studies found anabolic effects on muscle and cortical bone (increased muscle weight, increased bone mineral density/content), with activity described as tissue-selective — strong effect on levator ani muscle, only partial agonist activity on the prostate and preputial gland, never exceeding intact-animal prostate stimulation despite rising plasma levels. PMID 19017848 No human trial exists — published human-relevant work is limited to equine (horse) doping-detection metabolite profiling, not therapeutic research.

No, they are related but distinct SARM compounds from the same chemical family; LGD-4033 has undergone far more human study.
