Clenbuterol 200mcg

Clenbuterol is not approved for human use in the United States — it's approved only as a veterinary bronchodilator (for horses). Human use is off-label/unapproved, not a gray-area supplement the way some other compounds in this catalog are.

A beta-2 agonist, studied clinically as a bronchodilator. Human trial (n=13, reversible airway disease, single oral doses of 40/60/80mcg vs. terbutaline vs. placebo): produced bronchodilation comparable to terbutaline, with cardiac ECG changes (T-wave amplitude, ST segment) judged clinically insignificant and typical for this drug class. Whitsett et al., Br J Clin Pharmacol, 1981 A separate RCT in spinal and bulbar muscular atrophy found modest handgrip/creatine-kinase improvement but no improvement in walking or respiratory function, alongside increased tremor and heart rate in the treatment group.

Tremor and nervousness were the dominant side effects in the bronchodilator trial, worse at higher doses. Broader clinical concern (from case reports and pharmacology literature, not the trial above specifically): tachycardia, arrhythmia risk, and cardiac muscle hypertrophy with sustained use — real cardiovascular risk, not a minor tremor-only side effect profile.
